Moonlit English provides English-learning content and other materials designed to support calm, everyday English learning and enjoyment.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use the website and its content responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original content published through Moonlit English is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belongs to Moonlit English or is used with the appropriate permission.

This may include, but is not limited to:
 

  • written text and articles;

  • English-learning materials and teaching content;

  • videos and audio;

  • photographs, illustrations and other images;

  • worksheets, journals, word searches and downloadable materials;

  • designs, graphics and templates;

  • website content and structure;

  • the Moonlit English name, branding, logos and related designs; and

  • other original materials published through Moonlit English.


All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual-property rights in Moonlit English content to you.

2. Personal use

You are welcome to access and use Moonlit English content for your own personal, non-commercial learning, reference and enjoyment.

Where Moonlit English provides a material specifically for download or personal use, you may download, print and use that material for your own personal purposes.

Any additional conditions stated on an individual resource will also apply to that resource.

3. Restrictions on use

Unless you have prior written permission from Moonlit English, you may not:

Sharing a link to the original Moonlit English website or content is welcome.

Some Moonlit English materials may be made available free of charge.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law, unless mandatory provisions of another applicable law provide otherwise.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Moonlit English website or these Terms of Use shall be dealt with by the competent courts and tribunals determined in accordance with applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer-protection or other jurisdiction rules apply, those rules will take precedence over this provision.
